1998 Chevy Lumina anti lock brake light

Just got this car for my 16 year old son, while driving the car the anti lock brake light comes on, on the dash. It does not seem to matter if you hit the brakes or not. The relay apears to loose the ground I have replaced the relay and the computer modual under the dash. Any ideals on what the problem is.

Check brake fluid and brake light switch
most common is a speed sensor wheel bearing
jack and check front end and wheel bearing
inspect wiring harness at and around each one

also you have to have it scanned for ABS codes
need a scanner for that an OBDII reader will not do
