I asked you guys about my engine noise that's sounds like a diesel with a little thinking I remembered that all of the oil had been drained from the engine for 4 weeks. So I had to prime the engine. But now only one side of the engine is getting oil. I looked through the oil fill on the valve cover and I could not see any oil flow what did I do wrong now

I have a z34 and the motor is very similar. The only time I saw oil flow in ther was when I was adding it with the motor idling. I dont believe that has anything to do with your diesel sound. If it really sounds like a diesel you make have loose exhaust manifold. Combo of a exhaust leak and a rattle.

Did you fill with oil? You may have to remove valve covers.
