WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION TO USE TO CLEAN BLOCK WHEN PUTTING ON NEW HEAD GASKET. CAN YOU USE A SMALL WIRE BRUSH?

yes a wire wheel will work fine sand paper. Or our personal fav is a flat board or a grinding disc with pads. But if none of these are around then certainly a wire wheel will do a fine job. Just be sure as the wire brakes off you let none enter the eng I like to cover up the top of the eng. Billymac
