1995 Chevy Lumina oil is getting in the anti-freeze

The Lumina oil is starting to disappear. I don't see any leakage on the garage floor. I looked at the anti-freeze, and it appeared to have oil floating on top of it in the plastic reservior. What gives?

this is usually an indication of a faulty head gasket. I would also check the pcv valve to be sure the crank case can ventilate correctly
