1995 Chevy Lumina New radiator

I am replacing the radiator in my 95 lumina. When I removed the old radiator I realized there was a trans cooler as well. Are there any precautions I need to take to prevent damage to the trans? Do I just top off the trans fluid after the fact?

Just remove them and rehook or plug so you dont loose to omuch fluid. Then drive it for about 20 minutes, check the fluid engine idling in neutral and add as needed.

The hoses dont mater how they are hooked. So dont worry about the order.
