My 95' 3100 SFL V6 chevy lumina with about 222,000 miles is smoking from the bottom of the radiator, I checked the hoses on the bottom and it didn't appear to be leaking, but I couldn't tell exactly were the smoke was coming from. When I turn the heater on high the smoking stops what could this be?

We can't see the car from here so you're going to have to inspect it better. You have some type of leak, probably coolant. The heater turning on is probably engaging the A/C compressor which turns the fan on so it's blowing the smoke away.
