Ok my driver rear drum brake cylinder blew out about 3 weeks ago, and I replaced it with a brand new one, now it blew the new one out. What causes this and how can I fix it?

You probably need new brake linings and drums considering your mileage. It is moving the shoes to far and blowing the cylinders. Either that or your adjusters have quit wrking alltogether and you need toredo those to get tehm working. There are kits available at auto partsto replace all the springs and adjusters which is a good idea with your mileage.
