1994 Chevy Lumina Not getting fuel

I tried starting today and was unsuccessful when I do try I turn the key and it tries to crank the end result is it sounds like its going to then just stops. 2nd try it tries and pops a few times then sounds like it will run again and then stops.I tried ether same result fuel pump is working I can hear it. What do you recommend? I do

Hi, how long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Your obd1, you should be able access some mil codes, if there are any? A popping sound could be valve or timing issues?
