For the hose portion between the strut and the caliper, use a flare nut wrench to loosen the steel tubing from the hose. Have a pencil stub or something ready to plug the brake line with so it doesn't drip.

The hose attaches to the caliper with what's called a banjo bolt, which is hollow and goes through the connector. Make sure when you replace the hose to use a copper washer on both sides of the hole in the connector that the bolt goes through or it will leak.

When you're done, bleed the brakes.
