Problem start it after I left the car with the headlights on and it drain the battery. I charged the battery properly and the battery its fully charged and it starts with no problem, but now it hesitates and I most have the brakes and the gas pedal press on with my feet because the car will cut off at the stop signs. Another problem is that as long that im travelling at good speed the car will not cut off but it hesitates and if I slow down than it will cut off. After seeing these malfunction I changed the spark plugs and air filter, but it still has the same problems I check the PCV valves for any kind of air leaks, but I did not noticed anytihng wrong, so Im guessing that the computer needs to be reset, but I really don't know. Will you be kind enough to help me out? Ooops its only 30 k Because its a new engine.

Pull the PCV valve and shake it-if it doesn't rattle? Replace it. Now go find the EGR and idle air control valve open it up and clean it thoroughly air bypassages too. Then comeback and I'll give you the idle relearning process
