First thing to check is the fuel delivery and pressure, change the filter and check the plugs and spark do this first.

Sounds like it needs a tune up. Do the standards, change the oil, change the air filter, upper intake cleaning. Clean all the sensors. Check your converter for blockage. Check the level of your tranny fluid. Etc.
