When I go to start my car I have to move the negative terminal to get it started also sometimes all my lights and radio come on but the car wont turn over, and I recently figured out that my fans are not moving but my bels still work, what is my problem and could these problems be related to each other, how do I fix it thank you

Ok you replaced the neg. Cable make sure all connections are tight also have battery tested it could have bad cell or cells as for the fans remove the fans and with a jumper wires we are going to jump from battery to fan and see if they work if so then there is a bad fan relay
