Engine runs fine until warm with no miss. After engine is warm, engine misses at idle. Drops number three cylinder. Plug wire good, spark good to cylinder. Compression good. Restart car warm, drive to 45 miles an hour, let foot off accelerator and check engine light comes on. Code reads: EGR bad.(Code 32)
Replaced EGR, checked for vacuum leaks.
replaced plug. Problem still there. Like clockwork, same process, same result. When car is warm, check engine light comes on upon deceleration from 45 mph. Appears to be a dead cylinder at idle #3.
pull plug wire, plenty of spark. No change in rough idle when plug wire is removed.

The misfire sounds like it may have a bad injector, if it has spark and good compression. Have you looked at the plug and compared it to a known good cylinder to see if there is any color difference? As far as EGR goes, is this acavuum operated valve? If so apply the valve with the engine idling. It should almost if not totally kill the engine. If it doesnt you have a plugged EGR passage that needs to be cleaned out. If the computer doesnt see the mixture change when EGR is applied it will set a light.
