HELP! Prelude Won't quit serging

: My 1986 Honda Prelude 5 speed 2.0 will not quit serging. We have done a full tune-up and taken it to a mechanic and had it put on a machine but no one can stop it. We also checked the vacume hoses. Please help with any :idea: info You have.[/Img]

Clean out the throttle bore with some carb cleaner.
Hondas vibrate the air bleed screw on the throttle bore. Try turning it in to lower the idle
