The power door locks on my 2000 F-150 won't work from either switch. Both door locks will move slightly when the switch is hit in either up or down. Is it a relay or has both switches gone bad at once?

Probably too late. But I had a similar problem with my '95 Windstar a couple of years ago. I had to use some silicone grease on each actuator.

In troubleshooting this system, first check both the gauge and the power fuses, next identify what component has failed.
You can either perform a continuity test or use a jumper wire to troubleshoot a single motor problem
Two other problems that can occur with a power door lock system are a failure of the ignition switch contact or failure of the main electronic control relay module
