The engine looses power?

Hi Everybody !

The engine in my Van looses power ( almost like out of gas ) but still keeps running, seems like on two cylinders, the gauge shows half tank. I think it's something to do with gas because when I filler up, it's running fine. Dirty tank? Fuel pump? What do you guys think? Where do I start?
