2004 Chevy Impala Rear turn signal/tail light/brake light

How do I go about replacing the bulb or is it more than that since all three are out on the same side? I tried to turn the 3 knobs that are in the trunk and got one loose but the other 2 won't budge. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. Your owners manual showed this, picture below. The problem could be voltage circuit or ground. Some people like to do their own testing and some don't. If you want wiring colors and how to test wiring circuit, I can help. If not??
