I replaced the ISS and the clunk noise is still there, I checked the front lower control arm bushing and it's got a cut on the rubber. Will this make my car make the clunk noise and or the stabilizer bar links?

I already replaced, lower control arm bushings, strut mounts/bearings, barlinks, rack and pinion etc. I'm running out of ideas. I can only think on lowering the subframe to see if they are any crack on it. I was told that some impalas subframes were not welded the proper way. Is it possible?
