2001 Chevy Impala Unknown problem

I have a 2001 Chevy impala with 12,000 miles. The problem I having is that my fan for defrost, air condition, and heat only works sometimes, it might come on before I arrive home or it won't work unlit I start it up the next time. My power window on the drive size hastate when these entire problems accrue. Can you help me with locating the problem?

Check your connection at the blower resistor and make sure it isnt burned and not making a good connection. You window might be a window motor ging bad. They shouldnt be related
