2000 Chevy Impala hesitation or slipping but tranny is got

From a dead stop, start accerating sometime it hesitates for 1 second then goes it feel kinda like tranny but tranny is great. Car has been doing this for or 3 years, please help.I cleanened tb and I run fuel injector cleaner through it changed pcv and egr and replaced map sensor and fuel filter and changed plugs and wire and flushed trany and trans pan fluid. The tb was really bad and did a quick cleaning. Please help. Please

Do you ever need to fill the coolant (even just a little)? Get some brake cleaner and spray it all around the intake with the engine running. If the engine sputters or changes RPM, you probably have a failing intake gasket.
Check to see if the throttle body opens smoothly by hand. Sometimes the butterfly valve shaft wears out and causes the tb to stick.
