I, ve got a 2000 chevy impala that been playin guess game with me. Use a test lamp test all fuse in car all are in good condition, but am not get no light at all in the cluster or any power source inside the car. Is there a man breaker to switch power on to the entire car and my battery to the car is brand new. What can it be please?

Check battery terminals and ground
check fuses under hood
ground test light at the engine check if have power at the fuses
if no start and no power to fuses
have new battery
suspect battery terminals
remove check, clean and tighten
