Welcome to the forum, I'd have to check voltage and ground at the blower motor connector, when the problem occurs. Sometimes if there is a faulty circuit or blower motor, when you hit a bump, everything starts working again. Blower motor under right side of dash, my info for getting at the blower, is very generic, not much help.

Hi janeylynn,

I've had a similar problem with my 2000 Impala, except with mine the air conditioner and cruise control were also affected. Here's what I found out, and here's what I found that worked.

There is a multiple ground on the brake pedal frame and all these are grounded there. They say you should tighten the connection. Well, I tried it and it didn"t solve anything.

I made sure the battery had a full charge and everything came back and works as advertised.

Good luck,
