1995 Chevy Impala Rear Brakes Locking Up

What causes the rear brakes to lockup while driving. (I do let the vehicle set up in my garage for weeks at a time. Sometimes months). Thanks!

that is ususally an indication of the rear axle seal leaking oil on the brake shoes and causing the shoes to lock as they grab. you need to have it looked at.
