My wipers will not shut off or work in termittenly, but work in normal mode an d fast mode, can not shutoff so I pulled the fuse, any answers?

Put the fuse back in so your wipers work. There is a circuit panel in the motor that operates the intermitent and parking of the wiper. They used to be about $50 at a dealer, but check an auto parts store they may have them. You may have to pull the wiper motor out.
