2000 Chevy Express cranks wont start

It turns over fine it wont statr after release or key it sputters 2 or 3 times

Check the fuel pressure. You should see around 55psi. If not, check the main harness to the fuel pump. It has a connector issue with poor connections. It is located just in front of the fuel tank. It is a large round shaped connector. Look for the connector to have a burnt wire.
