Can you tell me where the fuse circuit is located in a 1982 El Camino and what could be the other possible causes (if not the fuse) when windshield wipers fail to function? Thank You!

The fuse should be n the fuse block for the wipers. It could also be the switch or the wiper motor itself. It could also be a bad ground. Have it checked by a pro for the cheapest way to fix it.
