Hello, I'm removing my cruise control unit. Is the accumulator needed? Can I remove it? It seems to be a vacuum device that has a hose going to manifold and service device.

if you are removing the unit then taek the accumalator off as well. Just be careful not to screw anything up and don't cut the wires or plugs. Tape them back out of the way in the harness. Make sure to plug the vacuum line to not screw up the running of the engine..
