2003 Chevy Corvette headlight wont go down

I notice that the dash lighs were out and when I turn the car off the dash light comes on and the headlamps wont go down I don't think it's the motor for the lamps

Start wih checking your fuses if all fuses are good trace the wires running to the head lamps for short or open cirucits if these to methods check out get back to me and i'll help you with this problem
