What is the recommended time schedule to have radiator flushed, transmission fluid changed, differential fluid changed and brake fluid changed and what are the normal costs to have these done?

They don't reccomend much until 100K except for checking rear axle lubricant, every 2500 miles.
Plugs, wires, trans. Fluid and filter at 100K, and coolant at 150K.

If equipped with Dex-Cool coolant, I would check it frequently (monthly) and of course change oil and filter every 3-5K.

Owners manual should have all this info.

Also check engine for any obvious leaks (oil, coolant) and check fluid levels every oil change (trans. PS, brake fluid).

Check with local dealers, they will have "specials" sometimes on oil change and fluid level checks.
