2000 corvette 69k mi display for climate control is not visible during the day and very faint at night. Looks like it doesn't work if you don't look real hard just bought the car is this an easy fix if so how

There is a light behind the liquid crystal display that needs replacing.

Yes it's an easy fix!

My 2002 had the same problem until I fixed it with these instructions. Took me only 90 mins and it works like new.
