Engine has a major miss

1993 corsica 2.2l 4cyl 130000 Took a small trip and the engine started to miss really bad. Took forever to accellerate but once you got to speed was smooth as silk. Would almost die when coming to a stop. Replaced coils, wires, plugs. Car accellerates better but is still missing badly. Any help would bea appreciated.

Well, first you need to isolate what cylinder the miss is from, you can do this by using insulated pliers and run the car and pull one plug wire at a time until you find the right one, then check compression and leakdown
