1999 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

every time I drive 30 and under I hear popping nocies
in the rear. When I driv 60 and over I dont hear it I was just wondering if its the axle or is it the tire
i heard this noice before and my front tire on the passenger side fell off. So I hope this dont fall off. Is it safe to keep driving it?

Hi:
Make sure the wheels are tight. Also, rotate the tires to see if the noise moves to the front. Finally, check for play in the wheel bearings.
