1995 Chevy Corsica fuel pressure regulator

Fuel is coming out the top of the regulator and thru the vacuum hose thats attached. Could this be the reason it rough idles and have to hold pedal to floor to run. These is from a previous post. Thanks for any help

Yes it is more than likely to be the problem. The seal inside the regulator has been damaged so not enough pressure is making up to the injectors, thus making you have to ram the pedal to the floor. Its also allowing fuel to leak into the vacuum hose. Regulator must be changed before you get stuck somewhere
