1993 Chevy Corsica getting codes

1993 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Is there a way to retreive the codes off the computer without a code reader?
I know some cars can display them with a certain way that you turn the key on then off, then the check engine light would blink the codes.
Is this one of those cars that can do that?

Look at the DLC jumper the right upper 2 terminals this is the A and B this will cuase the CEL to flash the codes

This connector is usually located under the driver side dash panel.
