Ok, I bought this car about a year ago just to get me around. I hooked up my own CD player in it. Things were ok for a while, then my speedometer lights and the other interior lights would click off, then I checked the fuse and noticed the fuse was blown. I replaced fuse after fuse after fuse and they would eventually blow out. Then I realized that there was one wire on my stereo that was loose and it was touching metal causing a spark. But now, stereo is hooked up correcty, no loose wires, but the dash lights still dont work and the fuse is fine. So would it be a light bulb that maybe blew out or could it be the whole circuit is fried?

You probably burnt out your dimmer switch or the headlight switch. Both parts are inexpensive. When you take out the headlight switch you will see that its melted. Hope this helps.
