1991 Chevy Corsica removal of intake manifold

1991 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 195000 miles

there is a box attatched to the manifold through which the control cables for the TBI pass. It blocks access to one of the bolts. How do I remove or get around this?
