the engine light came on a couple days ago and now am experiencing stalling with medium vibration which occurs about every 15 minutes or so. Any suggestions?

Have auto part store such as AutoZone pull the engine codes for you (for free). Post codes you retreive and we will be able to better assist you with diagnosing problem.
