THE POWER STEERING LIGHT GOES ON AND THE POWER STEERING GOES OUT. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FLUIS IN THIS VEHICLE. WHAT IS THE EXPENSE TO REPAIR? WHO IS THE MOST RESONABLE? DOES IT HURT TO DRIVE THE CAR IN MANUAL STEERING?

U have electric steering steering thats why theres no fluid. The most likely cause is ur steering motor. Without scaning the power steering module for codes thats my best bet pretty common though. The steering column is 549 from the dealer and 2.2hrs labor times what ever labor rate the shop charges.I wouldnt drive the car with the manual steering I think thats dangerous. If u shoped around the only variable u would have was the labor rate.I would recomend the dealer. Let me know how it goes.
