E VERY TIME I CRNK IT IT STARTS FINE BUT ONCE IN GEAR IT IT DIES EVERY TIME, SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I PUT A NEW ROTOR ON IT IT RUNS FINE, A FRIEND OF MINE SAY'S THE LOWER UNIT IS GOING BAD.

It may need a carb overhaul if you haveone. If it's TBI, then change your fuel filter and see if your fuel pressure is 9-11 lbs. If it's lower than that then you'll need a fuel pump. It also could be the the bottom of the dist cap where the coil rides is worn or falling out, so check that. Also if your plug wires haven't been changed in a while it's agood idea to do that. The coil wire tends to wear fast due to the output of the coil.
