My old chevy has been sitting for a few years. The electrical system seems sound, so i'm thinking the fuel pump is shot. Also the left rear brake has frozen up, so I can't push my car out of my garage. What should I do?

With old cars that have been sitting, modst of the time the electrical system will be ok, you might want to check to see if mice got in the car. They sometimes like to eat wire, as far as the rear break, what it sounds like is that the emergency brake could have been left on and is frozen, you can still push the car out in neutral. The brake might free up by just moving it. If not then you might have to take and free it up manually. What makes you think the fuel pump is shot?
