Hi, I have a 1986 chevy celebrity v6 with 76,000 miles.
i have had sumone put in a aftermarket radio in for me, ever since the radio has been in, when I go to use the lighter the fuse blows out real quick. I have put in a 30fuse, but still dont work? Can you hep

Can't tell you how much, but heaters and motors (cig lighter is a heater) draw a lot of current. Don't change the amperage of the fuse. Disconnect the radio power and make sure the problem goes away. (Assuming fuse only blows if you use radio and lighter at the same time). If so, you need to find another "hot" wire for the power to the radio. Radio shouldn't draw too much current. Use alligator clips and go through all available "hot" wires - checking that the original function of that circuit still works with the radio connected. (Alligator clip <-> wire <-> "probe". Use the fuse box (alligator clip connected to radio, "probe" connects to protruding lead on the back of fuses).
