1988 Chevy Celebrity Car will not start

1988 Chevy Celebrity 6 cyl Automatic

I had a car audio system installed and during the installation the battery needed to be replaced. Upon putting a new battery in the car would not start. I would turn over but would not completely start. When the gas was pushed there was no acceleration sound it was just quite. The is about a quarter of a tank of gas in ti and it was running just fine. The interior lights also work if that helps any.

Hello, I can't tell if the install procedure, caused your problem? If the vehicle cranks good but won't start, do the basic tests. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse, let us know what you find.

Check for troublecodes, see if that shows anything?
