RIGHT REAR WHEEL LOCKS UP WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. HAVE HEARD THAT THIS WAS A COMMON
PROBLEM FOR THIS YEAR. IF SHOES WERE NOT REPLACED WITH GM PARTS. THESE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILBLE NOW. CAN ONLY GET AFTERMARKET
SHOES. HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS?

Have not heard of this specific problem, ask GM if there is a TSB concernng this.

I would repalace the rear brakes, Drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, and a new hardware kit. Also make sure the parking brake cable is not binding.
