Removing Chevy Cavelier door frame

I need to bang out a dent in my rear door and I don't want to damage the door frame when I remove it. How do I remove the window crank without damaging it. The door frame is loose, but I need to remove the crank to take it off.

If you are speaking of the actual window crank (device used to roll down window with your hand) it is held on with a circlip. Just push in the door panel and hook it with a sturdy bent up paperclip.
