Rear shocks on a 94 Cavalier

The rear shocks on my 94 Cavalier could probably use replacing.

My question is, are the rear shocks easy to replace? It seems all that's to it is two bolts holing the chock on. Can a do it yourselfer lift up the back end and do it himself? Do I have to worry about the springs? I don't want them flying into my face.

Or is this something that needs to be taken into the shop.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Yeah you can do it your self. Jack up the rear end and support the rear suspension with jack stands. Do one side at a time.
