I have a 1986 2.8 Chevrolet cavalier z24, 161321 miles. The cooling fan wont turn, it was working well before I change the radiator. Now my car will over heat. And if all the mouints and bolted are not ther problem, what else can it be? What can I do?

Did you start with a manual clutch operated fan and switch to a electric fan?

IS there a belt going around the fan that turns it or is it operated electronically by the battery?

There is no belt that turns the fan, so I think is operated electronically

That narrows it down to a faulty fan switch or relay. Or a bad coolant temp sending unit or coolant temp sensor. If those check out good the fan and make sure it is not bad.
