Caviler and timing

I have a 2001 Caviler with 85k was running fine then yesterday going 65mph it shuts off, and wont start again, my neighbor thinks it might have to do with the timing but it doesn't have a timing belt or chain. If the motor has to be pulled how much would that cost?

Do u have a check engine light on? If so I would get the codes scanned. Then repair the sensors that are broken, Also if you got not trouble codes, I would get a fuel pressure test done, Also get youre fuel pressure regulator tested.
