my dad just recently changed my oil. While driving it, it has stuttered alittle bit and wasn't acting right. When I checked my oil it had water in it. What does that mean? It doesn't run hot

Coolant in oil is an indication of a bad headgasket or intake manifold gasket.
Start by having a compression test to rule out headgasket.
Have this done ASAP, as coolant in oil will destroy main bearings and you may need a new or used engine.
