Clutch pedal goes to the floor and will not come back up master cylinder is not leaking but clutch will not disingauge clutch. Do you think it's the master or the slave cylinder. Thanks

If the master isnt leaking it could be the slave. Is it leaking? If there are no leaks at all and fluid level is good, the master may have a bad seal in it and is bypassing internally

Could be a bad master. Best way to check is to get a plug for where the line goes into master and see if the master will hold pressure on its own, if it will then you know the problem is downstream, otherwise it is master
