2004 Chevy Cavalier car tries to crank but wont start

My car was working find sunday but that morining when I got up it cranked stayed on for a sec and turned back off. After I waited a while and tried it again all it would do is turn over but not start. I really need my car running and I dont know what the problem is HELP!

It's got to have three things to start. Fuel, spark, and engine compression. The fuel pressure should be tested first.

Ok well my dads friend is comin to check that so thanks, but the pressure is bad then what could the problem be cause a fuel pump cost to much
